You can access your Crystal consultants via email from 9 - 5pm, 5 days a week with a 48 hour response rate. This is an annual named user contract which provides telephone and email access to DSCallards Support Desk, five days a week from 9 am to 5 pm. This service meets the needs of the Crystal user offering hints and tips on good report efficiencies, offering formula solutions and delivers the security of knowing that if a problem occurs, there is someone on-hand to help you.Enquire
For the more sophisticated support requirement, we can support two named users within your organisation via the supply of a Crystal Care Pack from DSCallards. Crystal Care Packs combine the support of both SAP Crystal Reports and SAP Crystal Server, allowing the customer access to our DSCallards Support Desk for unlimited annual support calls.
